If something in finance or operations is broken, unclear or nobody owns it, I will fix it.
I work with founders and small teams on practical problems. Sometimes I stay for a day or two each week. Sometimes you give me one mess to sort out. Either way, I do the work. I don't just tell you what should be done.
How we can work
Ongoing
One or two days a week, for as long as it is useful. I become the person responsible for finance and operations and keep things moving.
One problem
Give me a specific mess—a forecast, a raise, billing or a missing process. I fix it, document it and hand it back.
A good fit
You have a company to run, but finance and admin keep landing back on your desk. You do not need another presentation or a full-time senior hire. You need someone to understand the problem, make a decision and get it done.
